The Anchorage Collaborative Coalitions are hosting a Bullying Prevention Summit on May 22, 2016 at the BP Energy Center. The summit will take place from 10-2:30 with lunch provided. There will be breakout sessions from 3-5pm. More details can be found on the ACC’s website.

AAA MountainWest recently provided funding to the Alaska Injury Prevention Center to distribute car seats to families in Alaska. AIPC would like to thank and recognize AAA for their generous support of AIPC and their dedication to child passenger safety in Alaska and beyond!
NHTSA requires observational surveys to be completed annually in each state to determine the level of seat belt use for each state. AIPC, under a grant from the Alaska Highway Safety Office, conducted seat belt observations for 2016.
